Sunday School

Sunday School will resume after a summer break.
You are invited to bring your kids to Sunday School at Faith
so they can see Jesus for who He is and see themselves the way God does
so they can love others the way He loves them.

Ellen and the lower grade Sunday School team will be leading grades Pre-K through 6th grade.  These classes meet in the room across from the Lego Room in the lower level of the Education Wing.
We will lead 7th grade and up, meeting in the Youth Room.

RAINBOWS

Grief/Loss Support Groups for ALL GOD’S CHILDREN (Pre-School to Adult)

Rainbows is now being offered at Faith Lutheran Church, 431 S. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, IL 60005.
Group sessions for all age levels are offered on Mondays, 7-8 PM, when in session.

Participants do not have to be members of Faith Church ... ALL are welcome.

Rainbows is a program that provides children, adolescents, and adults an opportunity for healing after experiencing a loss through:

Death
Divorce
Other painful transition

Rainbows is an International Organization and is offered without cost to all participants.  Small group meetings are held on a weekly basis and members experience a special kind of help.  Group meetings are held in a secure and safe environment of acceptance.

Rainbows Groups are:
  - Group members sharing freely
  - Dealing with NORMAL grief-associated FEELINGS
  - Dependent on relationships of participants together
  - A curriculum-based program of PREVENTION and/or INTERVENTION

Rainbows Groups are NOT:
  - Counseling or therapy - yet, they are therapeutic
  - Diagnostic or aimed at solving problems

There are group materials written for different age levels.  Faith Church Rainbows facilitators are prepared to provide support for groups at nine different levels.  Join us, and choose the group that is most appropriate for you, your child(ren), your other family members, or your friends:
