At Pets Unleashed VBS, kids dig into Jesus’ loving care through a relatable
This VBS is filled with incredible Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, and touch.
Team-building games, cool Bible songs, and multi-sensory Bible adventures are just a few of the activities
that help faith flow into real life.
(Since everything is hands-on, kids might get a little messy. Be sure to send them in play clothes and sturdy shoes.)
Your kids will also participate in an outreach project called Projects-With-a-Purpose®
that will let the kids in our community show God’s love to others.
Parents, grandparents, and friends are invited to join us for a Sunday Celebration on July 24 at 10:00 a.m., a dramatic, unleashed celebration of God’s love you won’t want to miss.
And there will be a special animal party afterwards with some exotic pets that our friend Sue will share with us!
So mark these dates on your calendar: Tuesday, July 19 thru Thursday, July 21.
The fun starts at 9:00 a.m. and will end at 12:00 p.m. (noon).
Click here to register your children for this life-changing adventure (ages 3 years old to entering 5th grade)!
Registration Closes Saturday, July 9th.
Many hands are needed!

Help and encouragement after the death of a
spouse, child, family member, or friend.
GriefShare® is a seminar and supportive network for people grieving the loss of someone close.
It is sponsored by people who understand the grief experience and want to extend comfort and encouragement during this time. The 14 week curriculum includes a video seminar and group discussion, as well as a notebook which serves for note-taking, journaling and grief study.
GriefShare® features biblical teaching on grief and recovery topics.
If you, or someone you know has lost someone to death,
GriefShare® offers a constructive way to "journey from mourning to joy."
A new session of GriefShare® will begin on Monday, September 12, 2016
and will continue for 13 consecutive Monday evenings.
The cost is $15 (scholarships are available).
Orange flyers with more information are available at both entrances to the sanctuary.
We know it hurts and we want to help.
Here are some comments from participants of the Spring session:
"The table discussion and watching how supportive each member becomes of one another
are what I liked most about GriefShare."
"The thing that was most helpful to me at GriefShare was the people ~ I didn’t feel like I was alone."
"It was helpful to hear the stories and viewpoints of others, as well as their responses to my comments."
"This GriefShare group has ‘lightened the load.’ "
"I liked the variety of the group’s experiences – some I didn’t relate with but others would help to explain.
I liked that we all understood that it is a time allotted to focusing on the sadness of death."
"GriefShare has caused me to read Scripture on a daily basis."
